Refund policy
You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Size exchanges are on us.
How to return an item
- Email support@vellant.store within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the cancellation form below.
- We will reply with the return address. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging. If an item has been handled more than needed to check its size and fit, we may reduce the refund to reflect its lower value.
Return shipping
- Change of mind: you pay the cost of sending the items back.
- Size exchange: we cover the return shipping and send you the new size free of charge, while stock lasts.
- Faulty or wrong item: we cover all shipping costs. Please email us a photo of the problem.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used to buy. The refund includes the original standard shipping cost. We may wait to refund until we receive the items back, or until you send proof that you have posted them, whichever comes first.
